1. Application Screening
Our team personally reviews your application and questionnaire responses. No automated screening, just human judgment.
2. HR Interview
A two-way conversation with our People Team. This is a chance for us to learn about you, and for you to learn about us.
3. Task Assessment
A practical task designed around the role which gives you a chance to show your thinking, methodology and approach.
4. Technical Interview
Meet the team! This is a technical discussion with the seniors and leads who'll shape your day-to-day.
5. Department Head Interview
A conversation with the head of the department you would be joining.
6. Final Approval
A closing conversation with the key decision makers for this role. This is the final step before we move to an offer.
